If you are unsatisfied with your print, you have the option to return them to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. The prints must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To initiate the return process, please contact us and provide the reason for returning the item. We will provide you with the appropriate return address.

In the event that your goods are received damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement.

Please note that shipping charges for returned merchandise will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend using registered post as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost or damaged during transit. Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or if an error has been made by us.
